Anna Karecka

I had the privilege to work with Anna at Coca-Cola Hellenic in my capacity as Financial Controller between 2006 and 2009.

Anna was HR Manager responsible for Finance Department, which counted over 200 people. Anna supported the implementation of “Leadership Pipeline” concept by Drotter, which was orientated on growing leaders in the organization. Anna organized excellent development workshops focused on increasing team effectiveness and communication.

She also implemented the talent development programme “Go-up” for young employees and was co-author of the process of collegial employee assessment. In daily contacts Anna was very supportive.

I especially appreciated her inquiring and helpful coaching style. A few times she gave me professional advice how to deal with difficult people in my team. I can say with conviction that Anna is the best HR Manager and Coach with whom I have worked so far.

If I had the opportunity to work with her again, I would not hesitate a minute.

I have known Ania for the past 10 years, and had a pleasure to work closely with her delivering Executive MBA programs. We have developed a programme for the development of leadership and managerial competences, which remains unique on the Polish and other markets to this day. The programme is a key element in the development of MBA Students business competencies.

Ania belongs to a small group of people who not only listen, but also hear, not only speak, but also influence positive change and important development decisions. Ania has over 30 years of experience working with leaders of multinational corporations and Polish companies. This experience, combined with her knowledge of many development methods and ideas, allows her to be an empathetic, effective, persuasive, argumentative coach and mentor.

It is hard to imagine that a meeting with Anna would not leave a lasting mark and imprint on the development path of everyone who is ready for a change and the next important step.

I had a chance to work with Ania last 3 y. She was amaizing partner supporting capability development of Commercial departament.

Delivering tools and solutions for developing individuals as well as driving new capabilities for entire Sales departament (both field and KAs). What I especially appreciated was opennes for new ideas and searching for best in classic solutions on the market challenging status quo.

It is indeed a magnificent pleasure cooperating with Anna. She has been working with the Business Development Center of the Faculty of Management at the University of Łódź as a trainer, coach, and academic lecturer since 2018. She is the co-author of the Individual Development Program on Polish- American MBA Study Program.

Anna is a very professional coach with the expertise in individual and team coaching. She is also a Facet5 facilitator.
